Is there free delivery?
Enjoy free delivery for all orders above SGD1000 within Singapore.
For orders under SGD1000, you can arrange for your own courier (e.g. Lalamove, Grab Express). We can assist in arranging delivery for a flat fee of SGD20 per location.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we provide overseas delivery but it is subjected to designated country’s import law & regulation. Overseas shipping fee applies.

The item received is faulty, can I get an exchange or refund?
Yes, our items come with 14 Days replacement policy upon delivery date. If replacement is not possible within the stipulated time, a refund for the faulty item(s) will be made.

What happens if my order came in later than the estimated arrival date?
We will try out best to keep to ETA. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, orders might be delayed and we will keep you updated on any delays as required.
