Artwork & Design

Yes! Upload your logo during the design step and preview it on your chosen product before ordering. We support full-colour printing, engraving, and embossing depending on the product.

Upload your artwork during checkout. If you need to send it later, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and art file attached.

We accept vector files only: .PSD, .AI, .EPS, .PDF (with embedded fonts). High-resolution JPGs or PNGs (300 dpi or higher) are acceptable for simple graphics but not recommended for logos or text-heavy designs.

Yes, you can. If you really need a printed sample, we can do it for you. However, do bear in mind that producing a single piece sample is costly.

Change of design is only allowed subjected to the production phase. Artwork and mould charges apply.

We can print from single colour to full printing but subjected to material and printing technology.

We can choose from Silkscreen Printing, Hybrid Printing, UV Printing and Direct to Film (DTF).

Delivery & Shipping

Enjoy free delivery for all orders above SGD1000 within Singapore.

For orders under SGD1000, you can arrange for your own courier (e.g. Lalamove, Grab Express). We can assist in arranging delivery for a flat fee of SGD20 per location.

Yes, we provide overseas delivery but it is subjected to designated country’s import law & regulation. Overseas shipping fee applies.

Yes, our items come with 14 Days replacement policy upon delivery date. If replacement is not possible within the stipulated time, a refund for the faulty item(s) will be made.
