How do I place order?
For standard orders, please use our online checkout. For customized items or bulk quantities, please email your requirements, artwork, and order quantity directly to our sales team at enquiry@AIrprisegift.com. We will review your request contact you ASAP.

What’s your minimum quantity?
MOQ = 30. Order exactly what you need, when you need it. No bulk pressure, no waste. Perfect for small teams, event giveaways, or testing new designs.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but you will be subjected to be charge up to 75% of total order cost for the cancellation fee.
It is advisable that you double check your design and quantities before approving the order.

Can I order large quantity?
Yes! For bulk or custom projects, please reach out to our sales team so we can confirm pricing, lead time, and packaging options. We’ll work with you on volume pricing, packaging solutions, staggered deliveries, and even multi-country logistics.

Can I add more quantity after confirmation of order?
Yes! This is subjected to the production phrase of your order.

Can I order a product without any logo?
Yes, most items are available blank or printed. You can choose your option at checkout.

If I do not like the final product, can I get a refund?
AIrprisegift will offer refund if the items fail to meet the artwork as per approved by customer or failed to perform the required function.

How long is the lead time?
Please find out on our website by selecting the product, quantity and your desired print and the estimated lead time will be displayed on the webpage. You can also enquiry with our Sales Team via Phone/WhatsApp/Email.
